Delroy brings with him a wealth of knowledge supporting individuals with addiction and substance use concerns as well as a holistic approach to support overall wellness within the therapeutic environment. Delroy has worked in a community based setting using many different therapeutic modalities, tailoring his approach in sessions to meet the needs of his clients. Delroy infuses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with practical changes in thinking processes to allow clients to change patterns of behaviour. Delroy is also trained in CBT and SFBT allowing him to offer long and short term therapeutic services.
